Shamberere Technical Training Institute was established in 1982 as a Rural Education Program and later elevated to a Youth Polytechnic in 1985. The Institute has braved the odds to rise through a Trade Test Centre level in 1996 to the current status as a Technical Training Institute that was earned in 2009. Our mission is to provide quality human resource through technical, innovation, vocational and entrepreneurial training for the local and international market.
